We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, organisation) when you contact us, request a demo, or use the Lunark One platform. We also collect operational data logged by authorised users within the platform for the sole purpose of delivering the service.

- To generate operational reports (DPRs) for authorised recipients

We apply industry-standard technical and organisational safeguards — role-based access control, encrypted transport, and least-privilege principles — to protect your data.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with authorised personnel of the client organisation, and with sub-processors bound by confidentiality obligations for hosting and email delivery.
5. Retention
Operational logs are retained for 90 days on active servers and archived thereafter per the client's contractual terms. Contact records are retained until you request deletion.
