Lunark Projects provides management solutions and the Lunark One operations intelligence platform. Specific deliverables and service levels are governed by the executed Master Services Agreement between the parties.
3. User Accounts
Access to the platform is provided through named user accounts tied to defined roles. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
- Do not upload malicious content or interfere with other users' operations
- Use the service only in compliance with applicable laws and your organisation's policies
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and documentation are the property of Lunark Projects or its licensors. Client operational data remains the property of the client and is processed on their behalf.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunark Projects shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
